This is in continuation to a talk you had, about openings in your company, with my younger
brother (Nalin Deshpande) staying as paying guest at H No. 9 MK Residency, Bangalore.

A brief overview of my skills and experiences are as follows -

I have been serving Mechanical Industry for more than 3.5 years.
I started my career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at M/s Remi Electrotechnik Ltd,
Mumbai. Here, I was exposed to regular codes and standards for Fasteners and basic GD&T,
applicable to Centrifugal & Pharmaceutical Machines. I also played a vital role in
enhancement of existing models and also contributed towards marketing & sales of
products.
Later, I moved to Bangalore to work in a company named M/s An Appraiser, Bangalore. Here,
I served as Safety Design Analyst. I was engaged in third party inspection pertaining to
Design and analysis of static Mechanical Structures and Non-IBR Pressure Vessels using
relevant standard codes.
Most recently, I was working as a Senior Project Engineer at Instrument Research Associates
(IRAPL), Bangalore. Here, I was looking after project management activities which included
liasoning with divisional officers & state heads of IOCL. I also ensured project execution (in
coordination with contractors) within a specified time-limit. This was followed by site
inspection, raising invoices & follow-ups pertaining to revenue collection.
