Live Green! is Iowa State University's
campus-wide sustainability initiative
encouraging all students, faculty, and staff to
be fully committed to and engaged in making
our campus, its operations, and initiatives as
"green" as possible

Five things you can do to contribute
to Live Green!

1. Recycle! (Most residence halls
have recycling programs already in
place!)

2. Park the Car! Iowa State is great
for walking around or Biking.

3. Turn off electronics when not in
use (Less demand means less power
produced in the first place)

4. Do Laundry with Cold water (Your
clothes will still get clean and youre
reducing heating costs!)

5. Buy Recycled school supplies (The
more recycled paper used the less
the impact on the environment!)
