Swimming is as easy as H20

In partnership with St Henrys Marist College for the past four years, KZN-registered swimming club, Trident
Swimming Academy, has been working to lift swimming from an introductory to a performance level. TSA runs the
Colleges whole swimming programme and has seen a significant improvement in the
scholars understanding and performance from Grades 000 to 12. As a club, TSA
operates during and after hours from the St. Henrys campus with swimmers from
Level 1 to Senior National level. The recently-launched TSA Learn to Swim
programme promotes water safety and swim stroke introduction from the age of 3. A
year-round swimming programme has a balance of flexibility, strength, fitness and
speed training. TSA and St. Henrys are in the process of installing a pool heating
system to provide a comfortable swimming environment throughout the year. The TSA
team welcomes enquiries from parents and scholars keen to develop in this sporting
