felt.
Sewing thread and/or textile glue.
Instructions
Glue pattern pieces together as marked (= dashed lines). Cut
out paper pattern. Use vanishing marker to trace pattern
outlines onto felt. Use craft knife to cut out felt piece. Place all
gems on the felt piece as shown or as desired and sew or glue
in place.
Punch 2 round holes, approx. 5 mm (
3
/16 inch), in outer,
upper ends of necklace. Run satin ribbon through holes. Knot
ends of ribbon.
