This warranty is
expresly limited to fte replacement or repair of a defective
frame and/or a[

and is the sole remedy of the
warranty. Labor cherges for

changeovers is not covered
by this warranry.
Claims uMer drb warnnty are to be made through either an
authorized Moquito Stinger Dealer or the Mosquito
Company. Proof of
purchase
is required. A Warranty
Registration Card
(on
back cover) must be completed and
received by drc Uosq*to Company before a warranty claim
can be
procesed"
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
improper assembly or malntenance, or installation of
parts
or accesories rx,t originally intended or compatible with the
Mosquito Stinger u sold.
This warranty does rrct apply to damage or failure due to
accident, abuse or neglect.
The Mosquito Company shall not be responsible for
incldental or consequentlal damages. The user assumes the
risk of any
personal
injury or damage to the Mosquito
Stinger, and for other losses if the Mosquito Stinger is used
for anythlng other than normal use.
Thls warranty

may vary from state to state. Thls warranty does not effect
the sututory rlghts of the consumer.
