The purpose of this organization is to create and support a network of landowners and persons interested in
preserving the integrity of Suburban Estates, Osceola County, FL. To have an organization that will deal
with issues that benefit Suburban Estates landowners and conduct projects that will supplement the efforts of
said organization.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Membership is for one (1) year
Membership Dues are $23.36 per person plus $1.64 sales tax
TOTAL DUE: $25.00 per person

Voting Member: Landowner that is current on Membership Dues
Associate Member: Non-Landowner that is current on Membership Dues.
Associate Members cannot vote on SEPA issues.
