1. How many zeros will be there at the end of 50!, 100!, 125! ? Here, n! means product of first
n natural numbers. i.e. n! =1 x 2 x 3 x n
2. My age is a multiple of 7. Next year my age will be a multiple of 5. What is my age this
year? Give all possible answers.
3. Find all natural numbers which are simultaneously a perfect square, perfect cube and a
perfect fourth power.
4. aabb is a perfect square number where a and b represents two distinct digits. Find it.
5. How many 4-digit numbers can be formed using the digits 1, 2, 3 and 4 used without
repetition? What is the sum of all those numbers?
6. How many digits are used to number the pages of a book having 100 pages numbered from
1 to 100? Also, what is the sum of all the digits used to number all the pages?
7. Using four fours i.e. 4 ,4 ,4 and 4 ; and well established operations in arithmetic, construct
the numbers from 1 to 20.
