2013 Practice Case Study - CONFIDENTIAL

As part of your Customer Marketing Program you agreed to as part of your last transaction with us, we will develop
a case study highlighting your practices use of a Kelkom communication system to manage your back office
workflow.
We do break with the tradition in marketing of testimonials because they are trite and manufactured. We expect
our case studies to highlight our customers actual use cases and experiences both positive and negative. Real
world experiences you and your office manager(s) would share with colleagues.
The final document will print on your practice letterhead.
Each section below describes key decision processes we want to know about along with some sample answers;
add and delete as you need to describe your answers.

Background & Business Objective - How did you define your communication needs
E.g. We are a long time 15yr+ - customer of the Kelkom workflow communication system.

and all fell short for various reasons (see below)
When we decided to build our own office building 3 yrs ago, different vendor products were suggested, and all fell
short for various reasons relating to ease of use and lack of quick communication and messaging.
Our IT consultant got involved to suggest a more modern system based on software, but even these were not
well thought out and implemented. The products were more a compromise to our efficiency than helpful.
We chose the Kelkom Classic system with 21 buttons; upgraded firmware and panels to 23 buttons as practice
load grew.

2014 Customer Marketing Program

OBJECTIVE
Recognizing that DRs rely heavily on peer-reviewed materials and recommendations from peers, QEMQ offers
interested customers a program to help QEMQ augment the product use information in the market about the
Kelkom product line.
PROGRAM DETAILS
The program offers discount dollars in return for participation at different levels of commitment by the customers.
Discount dollars are applied to open invoices or credited upon acceptance of the materials produced by the
participating customer.
