A brief description of what is hoped to
achieve from the course and a plan for
success based on intro video
Contact information and/or a favorite
quote or picture that describes individual
as a farewell thought
Grading Rubric is attached on the last
page
Less than 7 pages/slides and missing one of
the following elements:
Full name, course number
Area of focus/major, what level plan to
teach
