The Histogram above shows the graphic summary of the average down-time minutes
experienced on a weekly basis on the Sauce line for One Gallon Ketchup. It enables us to see
patterns that are difficult to see in a simple table of numbers. It shows the number of downtime
minutes that the production line has experienced out of a possible 540 minutes production run-
time. And from close analysis is can be concluded that there are more downtime minutes than
run-time.
