Dear Sir/Maam :

Please excuse my son, John Cedrick Lamprea, Grade VI-A, for being
absent for the last three days (June 25, 26, 27,2014).He has been sick with
the flu and tonsillitis. I also had to take him to the Doctor for a medical
check-up and proper medications.

I hope you would kindly allow him to make-up for the assignments,
lessons and exams he misses during his absence.
