Volunteered at WHS with girls basketball coach Jay Fuller and track coach Steve
Erwin for practices when home during college breaks (2009 - 2013)
Worked with WHS track coach Steve Erwin to have pole vault and hurdle clinics for
the students in the summers and during Christmas breaks (2009 - 2013)
Joined the USA Track & Field organization to become a registered volunteer coach
with Tim Essig of Monster Track Club in Huntley, Ill., learning pole vault coaching
techniques from him and working with athletes on vaulting and drills (Winter 2013)
Volunteered at WHS track meets, relaying results, assiting with the bullpen
Coached boys pole vaulters at the 2013 Sectional meet at Vernon Hills High School
Successfully completed a theory of coaching track and feld course
