Conversion:
Conversions to a permanent life insurance policy will be allowed for this policy within ve years or prior to the anniversary on
which the insured reaches attained age sixty-ve.
For conversions to a permanent life insurance policy that occur during the rst ve policy years, the company offers a premium
conversion credit equal to 100% of the annual term premium payable in the year of conversion. In the rst policy year, the
premium conversion credit will be prorated.
