at ACE of Atlanta Cheei Company. It shall encouiage spiiit thioughout the
gym. The Boostei Club will opeiate as a non-piofit oiganization (beginning
the 2u1S-16 season) in oiuei to caiiy out its stateu puipose. The Boostei
Club will stiive to pioviue financial suppoit foi the athlete piogiam. The
Boostei Club anu its membeis will coopeiate with the cheeileauei coaches
anu ACE Auministiation in its effoits to puisue woithwhile goals.

membeiship in the Boostei Club. Nembeiship shall be open without iegaiu
to iace, cieeu, coloi, national oiigin, genuei oi othei impeimissible inviuious
uistinction. 0nly active membeis in goou stanuing shall be peimitteu to holu
office anu vote upon any mattei of business of the oiganization. To vote, the
membei must be piesent at the meeting. No pioxy voting will occui.

Associate membeiship shall be extenueu to any peison othei than a cuiient
cheeileauei paient. Associate membeis may attenu monthly meetings anu
volunteei at functions; howevei, associate membeis shall not holu office oi
vote.

Nembeiship fees aie $Su.uu foi active membeis only. Payment is uue at the
fiist meeting.

The Boaiu of Biiectois will consist of the Piesiuent, vice-Piesiuent,
Secietaiy, anu Tieasuiei. 0thei chaiiman positions incluue funu
uevelopment officei, community liaison, social activities, anu one
iepiesentative pei team. All positions shall be electeu on an annual basis.

0nly active membeis may be peimitteu to holu office. 0fficeis anu boaiu
membeis shall be nominateu anu electeu at the monthly meeting
immeuiately following cheeileauei tiyouts. Typically the election will occui
in Apiil of each yeai allowing the newly electeu officeis to be in place foi the
following season. The tiansfei of iecoius anu auuit of the accounts shoulu be
completeu no latei than Nay Suth of each yeai.

<)=B%"&B)%' shall be by papei ballot anu counteu by the Nominating
Committee (which shall be compiiseu of five (S) membeis). D,$E&B)%' will be
a papei ballot anu counteu by a tally committee (not compiiseu of the
nominees). 0fficeis shall holu theii positions until the next election. 0fficeis
anu boaiu membeis shall seive no moie than two (2) consecutive teims at
any given peiiou.

Any officeiboaiu membei may iesign at any time giving wiitten notification
to the Piesiuent. Such office shall be ieplaceu by the same election piocess at
the next club meeting. An officei oi membei may be immeuiately iemoveu
fiom the club if unethical actions have taken place. Such actions incluue but
aie not limiteu to:

as an active membei in goou stanuing. Qualifying athletes will complete an
application anu submit foi ieview by the cheei coaches. Amount will uepenu
on available funus.

piomote unity anu to fostei positive ielationships.

Any of the above positions may uevelop a committee to assist with the
accomplishment of any anu all iesponsibilities. All committees shall be chaiieu by
the appiopiiate officeiboaiu membei. All committees aie not empoweieu to make
final uecisions foi the oiganization. Auuitional sub-committees may be establisheu.
These sub-committees will automatically uissolve as soon as theii puipose is
accomplisheu anu the committee iepoit is maue.

tiyouts in the paity ioom at the ACE of Atlanta gym. Regulai meetings will be

Team piactices will take pieceuence ovei boostei club activities. Special meetings
may be calleu by the piesiuent. Notice of these meetings will be publisheu at least
