Executive Summary
As Bank wants to achieve its Vision and Mission of becoming leader in financial service
provider and also to reach out farthest for good quality services even in Rural area, this
project will help in deciding potential market in Rural area and services to be offered.
Objectives
The main driving force behind this projects is customer. The increase in penetration in rural
market will lead to the growth and value added Services in financial domains.
Background and Justification
The availability of banking services in rural area against its need brought this project into
consideration. Many rural areas have been left unconsidered by various banks. RBS needs
to target and tap this area with best services. This modernisation in that area will help people
to grow.
Project Description
The project presented herein is articulated along inter-related support actions of bank and
the Survey Company. A survey will be conducted in different areas with questioners focusing
on needs and wants of those people or what they expect there in banking services.
This ON- FIELD survey will be conducted for the duration 0f 40 days.

2. Deciding the areas to be targeted in Rural part
3. Assigning job to Survey partners
4. Getting Data and Analyse it
5. If data supports our objective, go further with project.
