the company (based on weekly reports or project performed)
Apply those activities/duties you carried out based on the 4
STAGES OF LEARNING CYCLE:-
Stage 1: Activist (to describe the duties you performed)
Stage 2: Reflector (reviewing the experience you gained from
the work performed)
Stage 3: Theorist (concluding from the experience and link it
to the theories you learnt)
Stage 4: Pragmatist (analysing the abilities / skills you applied
in the training to overcome problems and challenges)

PART 3: SUGGESTION & CONCLUSION
Experience and learning obtained from the training, e.g.
entrepreneurial process, team work skill, problem solving
skill, etc
Suggestions that can improve the organisations performance
and the Industrial Training Program for the benefit of the
future students
