Pausing to Reflect
Reflecting on workplace experiences helps put events into a clear perspective and enables you to identify
ways to improve your performance.
Purose
Workplace experiences make sense only when you stop and think about what those experiences mean,
how they connect, and what patterns they reveal. Use this tool to reflect on recent events in a structured,
disciplined way. Be sure to reflect on events that were carried out well, in addition to ones that didnt go so
well. For instance, at the end of every week or two, analye your key experiences during that time. !ome
