Paralegal

Responsibilities:
Write Demand letters for Personal Injury Cases, Labor and Employment claims
among other fields of legal practice.
Draft Complaints, Memoranda, Briefs and other pleadings.
Take statements and draft declarations of clients and witnesses.
Interview California-based clients and talk to counsels and government agencies in
relation to clients' cases.
Answer client queries.
Perform such other duties and functions related to the foregoing as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Graduate of Legal Management, Philosophy, Political science or undergraduate of
Law
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Ability to write quickly, clearly and accurately.
Knowledge of California laws is an advantage.
Obsession with hitting deadlines and getting the facts right.
Strong computer skills and experience in using on-line research tools.
Willing to work full time at night following Los Angeles time, Monday to Friday.
