Position : Retail Executive / Retail Supervisor


The job:

Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and merchandise mix in the outlet.
Involve in developing and achieving the sales target
Ensure the stock and merchandise are sufficient.
Replenish stock when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service on the selling floor, housekeeping and window display
Involve in performing back-end office functions
Responsible for the outlet operational efficiency, productivity and profitability
Responsible to guide, train, and motivate subordinates

Our requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in retail, F & B, hospitality or service industries
Goal-oriented and good leadership skill
Strong organisational skill and interpersonal skill
Possess good communication and interaction skill
Self motivated and committed
Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
