The Plaintiffs in this proceeding, move for an Order:
1) approving Class Counsel's fees, disbursements and taxes;
2) that the parties will bear their own costs on this motion; and

3) for such further and other relief as this Honourable Court deems just.

Time and place
The motion is to be heard by The Honourable Justice Arthur LeBlanc on September 17,
2014 commencing at 9:30 a.m. in the Law Courts, Summit Place, 1601 Lower Water St.
