I want to explain how the milk gets to you. This process commences with pasteurisation.

The milk is heated up to 72 degrees for 15 seconds and is then quickly cooled down. Next
they stir the milk to make it smoother. This is called homogenisation. After this they
package the milk into cartons and plastic bottles. Following this they put the milk into milk
cartons/bottles and then they are put into a truck. But then some milk is made into butter,
ice cream, cheese as well as yoghurt. The final result is that the milk is not in the factory
any more but in your homes and shops.
