Asamblarea jgheaburilor se poate face, att prin lipire, folosind adezivi pentru PVC, ct i prin racorduri cu garnitur din cauciuc.
Gutters assembling can be made with PVC glue or with rubber gasket.

1. Se taie jgheabul la lungimea dorit, cu ajutorul unui fierstru mecanic, apoi se cur marginile de bavur, folosind o raclet.
2. Se cur suprafeele ce urmeaz a fi lipite, utiliznd un degresant pentru PVC. Pentru o mai bun aderen, recomandm ca suprafeele s
fie date nainte cu un mirghel fin.
3. Se aplic adezivul, cu ajutorul unei pensule sau direct din tub, pe suprafaa de lipire.
4. Se asambleaz prile ce urmeaz a fi lipite i se menin cteva secunde, pn acioneaz adezivul.
5. mbinarea este definitiv dup 24 de ore.
6. Piesele de capt pentru jgheab i pentru racordul de scurgere se pot aplica i pe stnga i pe dreapta. Marginea acestora se va tia dup
montaj, n funcie de aplicare (stnga sau dreapta)
1.Cut the gutter to the desired length using a normal metal saw, then remove rough parts with scarper.
2.Clean the surfaces to be glued using a degreasing agent for PVC. For a better adherence, we recommend will be rubbed with sandpaper.
3. Apply the glue using a brush or directly from the tube, on the surface to be glued.
4. Join within 2 minutes and hold in place for a few seconds allowing the glue to set.
5. The junction will hold only after 24 hours.
6. The stopends for gutter and for running outlet can be applied on the left and right side too. The edge will be cut after installation
depending of the application (right side or left side).

Dup ce toate colierele de susinere au fost poziionate, ncepei montarea jgheabului de la extremiti, aa cum este prezentat n figura de
mai jos, introducnd o margine n partea superioar a racordului de susinere i apoi rotind jgheabul, pn se fixeaz n fanta semicircular
posterioar.Recomandm ca, din 8 n 8 m (la fiecare 2 jgheaburi), s se monteze un racord de jonciune cu garnitur.
After the support brackets have been placed, begin the installation of the gutter profiles beginning from the extremities as is showen in
picture above,and so inserting the lip into the external part of the support bracket and after rotating the channel snap it in the posterior
slot.We recommend that from 8 to 8 meters (to every 2 gutters) to be installed a connector, with gasket.

1. Colierele de prindere a burlanelor se monteaz sub mufa acestora. Pentru burlanele de 3 m, recomandm montarea unui
colier suplimentar la mijlocul burlanului, pentru a evita ndoirea acestuia, n cazul unor debite extreme. 2. Colierul se prinde cu
urubul n jos, pentru a evita desprinderea acestuia, n cazul unor debite extreme.
1. Pvc pipe clips for pipes must be installed just under the socket. For 3 meters pipes, we recommend a suplimentary clip in the
middle of the pipe for avoiding bending in case of extreme rain. 2. The Pvc pipe clip must be put with the screw down for avoiding
it`s detachment in case of extreme rain.

Montarea cminelor pluviale

Sunt disponibile n dou dimensiuni: 300x300 mm i 400x400 mm i prezint o serie de avantaje tehnice:
- evacuarea apei prin partea de jos a cminului, pentru evitarea refulrii;
- pentru preluarea dilataiilor i a nclinaiilor (de pn la 40%) a evilor de conectare ct i etanarea se face cu ajutorul garniturilor din
neopren;
- grile i capace din PVC antioc, ceea ce asigur o remarcabil elasticitate i o rezisten sporit la oc, nghe, ageni chimici i
- atmosferici;

1)Fixai punctul de colectare i/sau inspecie de-a lungul canalului. Realizai un spiu de cca 10-15 cm grosime, n jurul cminului
pentru a turna beton ulterior.

4)Montai caminul, introducnd evile n garniturile de cauciuc i apoi etanai cu silicon.

5)Umplei spaiul din jurul cminului, folosind beton din nisip fin, n aa fel nct s nu rmn goluri sau spaii libere. Numai n
acest fel, cminul poate prelua sarcinile exterioare.
Fill the channel with cement made of fine sand so that all spaces are adeqatley filled in because the collecting well is not self carrying but
becomes so with the adequate positioning of the cement.

6)Finalizai montarea, prin turnarea unei ape sau a unui pavaj, avnd civa centrimetri deasupra cminului. n cazul n care
este o zon cu asfalt, turnai puin asfalt rcit n apropierea marginilor cminului, pentru a preveni afectarea calitii estetice a
cminului, din cauza asfaltului fierbinte.
Finish the fittings keeping the paving some millimeters higher than the odge of the collecting well. In the case of an asphalted area, put some
cold asphalt near the collecting well`s edge in order to prevent the boiling bitumen to alter the aesthetic quality of the product.

Sistemul de canale colectare PluviKIT este ideal pentru colectarea debitelor mici de ap din jurul casei, precum i din gradin, piscine, garaje
personale, subsoluri. Datorit dimensiunilor i greutii reduse este uor de transportat, de manipulat i de montat. Sistemul este format din
piese care se pot monta ntre ele, avnd lungimi ntre 50 i 100 cm. Piesele pot fi divizate n buci, avnd lungimi multiplu de 10 cm. Canalele
se acoper cu grilaje pietonale sau special create pentru piscin, asigurnd o bun scurgere a apei pluviale.
PluviKIT drain channels system is ideal for collecting small volumes of pluvial water around houses, gardens, pools, personal garages,
basements. Because of it's small dimensions and weigth is easy to transport and install.
The system consists of 50 and 100 cm pieces wich fit into into the other. You can divide them and obtain multiple lengths of 10 cm. each. The
channels are covered with walkway or pool grills assuring a perfect drainage of pluvial water.

1. Spai un an mai lat cu 5 cm, de jur mprejurul canalului.

Dig a trench of at least 5 cm on both sides of the channel.

2. Turnai un strat de baz (amestec semi-uscat), cu o grosime de 10 cm.

3. Fixai canalul, folosind ciment impermeabil. Aezai canalul n amestecul semi-uscat de la baz i umplei restul anului cu
ciment. Este foarte important s umplei anul pn sub umrul canalului, fr a lsa goluri sau interstiii care ar putea
determina slbirea rezistenei canalului. Montai imediat grila sau capacul canalului, astfel nct cimentul turnat s nu afecteze
seciunea de nchidere a canalului.
Join the channel together with solvent-cement, to make it water-proof. Place he channel in the semi-dry mix, and fill the rest of the trench
with a wet mix of cement. It is very important that the cement is right up under shoulder of the channel . as a void or a gap will undermine the
strength of the channel and will cause problems later on. Place the grid or covers on immediately, s the setting cement will close in the
channel.

4. Este recomandat s avei o mprejmuire solid, avnd civa milimetri peste marginea canalului. Aceast diferen ajut la
scurgere i, n anumite situaii, protejeaz grila sau capacul canalului, n special dac roile vehiculelor grele calc pe acestea.
Este, de asemenea, recomandat ca, n timpul lucrrilor de asfaltare, s protejai canalul, pentru a nu ajunge n contact cu asfaltul
fierbinte.
It is advisable to have the surrounding concrete, some millimetres higher than the edge of the channel. This aids drainage, and in certain
circumstances can protect the grid or cover, especially if heavy goods vehicles tyres are locking directly on top of the grids or covers. It is also
advisable to keep boiling tar from coming into contact with the product, as this will melt channel.
