This assumes the AP (Access Point)has already been setup on our default IP of 192.168.1.!. If it has not
then you "ill need to confi#ure a computer usin# 192.168.!. IP. Then you can access the AP usin# its
default IP of 192.168.!.!.
In this e$ample% the AP has been set at our default of 192.168.1.! and has &' PA(()'*+.
1. 'pen your bro"ser and point to 192.168.1.!. ,ou "ill be prompted "ith a username and
pass"ord bo$. -nter .admin/ for the username. 0ea1e pass"ord blan2. And press '3.
2. &e$t clic2 on .Basic Settings.
4. To modify the 0A& settin#s% such as the IP clic2 on .LAN. 'n this screen you should also
1erify that the 5AT-)A, is correct. Also you should 1erify that the customers router has +67P
turned on.
8. &o" to modify the )I9I settin#s clic2 on WIRELESS. Then input the correct info. The
((I+ should reflect somethin# useful li2e a shorthand 1ersion of the store name.
.Authentication should be set to .)PA:Personal/. Cipher Type should be set to .T3IP/.
.PassPhrase should be set to to .hcc"ireless/. &o" clic2 on Apply.
. &o" you should set the pass"ord on the AP. 7lic2 on Tools. Then .A!inistrator Settings.
-nter the default pass"ord and clic2 Apply.
6. &o" you ;<(T sa1e your settin#s. 7lic2 on Con"iguration then on Sa#e an acti#ate.
*i#ht after doin# that the AP "ill (a1e your settin#s and restart itself. This can also be done by
clic2in# on .Syste!. The screen is identical to this one.

menu. Then clic2 on .Restore.
