AftercompletingourIntegerUnit,studentswillbeaskedtosharesomething
theylearnedandastrategythattheyfoundhelpfulandusefultothem.Asweknow,
inmaththerearemultiplewaysinsolvingamathproblemthereisnoonewayand
withtodaystechnologyandampleamountofresources,theinformationisendless.
Thiswouldbeagreatwaytosummarizetheendoftheunitandhavethestudents
applywhattheylearnedandaddsomethingnewandfuntotheirlearningprocess.
Day1:IntroduceandgooverPadletandProjectGuidelineforCollaborativeWall.
Passoutandgooverhandoutandrubricassessment.Studentswillalsobreakinto
groupsandshareoutideasandstrategiesthattheyhavelearnedandmayreference
theirmathnotebookifneeded.
Day2:Teacherwillshowstudentshowtoaddanimage,video,andpictureon
Padletalongwithhowtopostastickynoteontothecollaborativewall.Students
willhavetheopportunitytobrowsetheInternetandfindadditionalinformationto
shareonPadletandcontributetotheWallofKnowledgeonPadlet.
Day3:Studentswillbeabletobrowse,read,andlearnthroughtheWallof
Knowledgefromtheirclassmatespost.Intheend,theteacherwillhavethe
studentsengageinadiscussionsharingouttheirexperiencesandsharesomething
neworinterestingthattheylearned.
