State of Florida Enterprise Zone of Facts and Tax Credit Information

How Are Tax Credits Received? By contributing to a State of Florida approved project before June 30,
your business is eligible to earn up to a 50% community contribution tax credit.

Is My Business Eligible? Corporations are eligible for tax credits from three sources:

What Should I Do? Simply make a donation to Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay (RTTB) to make a positive
impact in low-income neighborhoods throughout the Tampa Bay area. All eligibility applicants must be
completed on or before June 30. RTTB staff can assist you in compiling forms for the State of Florida
Community Contribution Tax Credit Program. Make sure that you include in the memo area For
Rebuilding Together St. Petersburg.

What Are The Tax Credit Limitations?
The maximum credit is 50% of the amount in any tax year.
No business shall receive more than $200,000 in annual tax credits for all community
contributions in one year.
All proposals for tax credit grants require approval from the Office of Tourism, Trade and
Economic Development.
Tax credits are a limited pool and may be pro rata reduction at less than 50%.

What Will My Business Gain From Contributing?
1.) We will share relevant information (links, pictures, video, websites, contact information) on all
media outlets including:

b. Twitter e. Press Release
c. YouTube f. Online Newsletter
2.) We will acknowledge you as the contributor every three months through an online banner on
one of the media outlets that partner with RTTB.
3.) There will be signage of your company at each site.
4.) Your companys employees will have an opportunity to volunteer, on site, to further add to the
project and the team building experience.
