the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Havelli.

PROMOTERS: Kaushal Kumar S. Gupta and Sangeeta K Gupta.

On August 24, 2013 name of the Company was changed to Kansal
Roofing Products Private Limited from Kansal Roofing Private
Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 29, 2013.

Manufacturing of Roofing Sheets & Accessories.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
It is a Delhi based company specialize in designing, supply and erection of
colour coated metal roofing and wall cladding system. They are a
professionally managed company started by a team of dynamic young
entrepreneur.

CREDIT ANALYSIS:
KRPL sanctioned working capital facility consists of an aggregate fund based
limit of ` 200 Lacs. The company wants to utilize the funds to meet long term
working capital.


Mr. Ankush Gupta, Assistant General Manager Advances in a leading
commercial bank in India has received a proposal from Kansal Roofing
Product Limited (hereon KRPL) for enhancement of cash credit limit to
Rs 354.00 Lacs.

KRPL revenue from operations has grown from ` 45.88164 lacs to `
1715.507834 lacs from FY 2008-09 through FY 2012-13 with CAGR of
approximately 150 %.

LIMIT: 354 lacs
