The Centre for Foundation Studies IIUM (CFSIIUM) would like to invite interested candidates to apply suitable
programmes for the 3
rd
intake (November Intake) which is scheduled on the 4
th
November 2014 (Tuesday)
.
CFSIIUM will be offering the following programmes :

1) Foundation in Information and Communication Technology (Y0801)
2) Foundation in Architectural and Environmental Design (Y0300)
3) Foundation in Nursing (Y0031)
4) Foundation in Arabic for International Communication (Y0153)
5) Foundation in English for International Communication (Y0152)
6) Foundation in Tourism Planning and Hospitality Management (Y0301)

Requirements

1) Open only for Bumiputera Muslim candidates (for Malaysian candidates)
2) Open only for SPM 2013 SPM leavers.
3) Candidates must fulfill the minimum entry requirement of the centre. The minimum entry requirement
for the programmes can be accessed at http://www.iium.edu.my/cfs/how-apply
4) This offer is only open for candidates who were not offered any place in government sponsored local
University (IPTA) / Polytechnic.

Method of Application

Malaysian Applicants

1) Please download the attached application form and fill up the necessary details.
2) Attach a certified copy of the applicant 2013 SPM result slip.
3) Attach a certified copy of the applicant and parents IC and birth certificate.

International Applicants / Malaysian with GCE O Level certificate

Applicants must apply directly to the Academic Management and Admission Division (AMAD) IIUM Gombak by
accessing their online application service at http://www.iium.edu.my/anr

Incomplete application form will not be entertained / processed.
