INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUILD BELOW:

(SAFETY FIRST) safety equipment needed:
safety glasses
ear plugs
face shield

Tools needed:
tape measure
crescent wrench
cotton gloves
leather gloves
angle grinder w/1 regular wheel and 2 cut off wheels
drill and 1/2 inch drill bit
lenox 2inch hole saw
fine file (optional)
welder

SPECIAL TOOL: for use with gasifier operation
CDN grill surface thermometer GTS800

parts list for gasifier
(1) 55 gal. metal drum
(1) 120mm ammo can
(1) 40mm ammo can--------(.50 cal is optional but not recommended)
6 foot of 2inch high temperature 2 ply hose

17" of expanded metal or heavy screen (for holding grid for filter media)
(2) pipe clamps 2 1/4 to 1 5/16 inch
(1)1/2 inch hose to 1/2 inch thread
(1) 2inch pipe that is 3inchs long
(1)2inch pipe that is 6inchs long
(1) red rtv silicone (Napa part num#81160)
shredded cardboard and paper for filter media

Generator modification parts
NOTE: your generator may be different and require a little different plumbing to carburetor than mine)
(3) 1/2 inch hose to 1/2 inch thread
6 feet of 1/2 inch high temp hose ( i used hose rated up to 2oo degrees)
(1) 1/2 inch tee threaded male on 2 ends and female on 1
(1) 1/2 inch ball valve
(1) 1/2 inch thread to thread nipple
(1) half inch union
