Reporting succinct description and contextualisation of the event. Responding a personal response to the event. How did it make me feel or think? Did it challenge my feelings, thoughts, beliefs, assumptions, values, etc? What questions did it raise for me? Relating a discussion and explanation of the event in relation to personal and theoretical understandings. What are the significant factors surrounding what was done/seen/read/learnt? Can I relate these to something else another past practice/experience/learning/readings/theories/understanding? What new understandings have I developed as a result of this experience and reflecting upon it? What have I learned that will impact on my thinking/learning/practice link to theories and own values? What links can be found between these factors and why they were important in this instance? Reconstructing conclusions and implications for future learning/action. What conclusions can I draw? What would I do better/differently? Why? Through this reflection and my understanding of this issue or incident how can I reconstruct this for future practice or to enhance understanding?
