Cancelation Policy:

If cancellation occurs within 1 business day, interpreter will be

compensated for the full scheduled time.
If cancellation occurs within 2 business days, interpreter will
be compensated for half of the scheduled time.
If cancellation occurs within 3 or more business days,
interpreter will not be compensated for scheduled time.

Notes:
If the client does not appear for scheduled assignments, the
interpreter will be compensated for the full scheduled time.
Labor rates are charged at a 2 hour minimum. Payment Terms:
All invoices are due upon receipt.
