6 QUICK AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST RECIPES

1. Banana and Oats Smoothie


Whisk 2 wholesome pulpy bananas into the mixer and add 2 heaped tsp. of oats. After whisking
in, add a full glass of milk or yogurt with a dash of honey or a tbsp. of your favorite jam. Whip
up the smoothie for about a minute and voila! All you get is a reamy smoothie, laden with the
goodness of milk, oats and fresh fruits. !ou an also add a handful of nuts for that extra energy
spike.
2. Fresh Fruits ith !o"urt
!ou don"t have to spend a great time on it. #ust layer your bowl with your favorite ereal, laden
with freshly hopped seasonal fruits and then top it off with low fat yogurt. $t tastes ama%ingly
deliious and is a sumptuous reipe for breakfast. &his is a good reipe for those, who swear by
their morning bowl of ereal.

&here"s no better way of using leftover idli"s than using them as masala idlis for next day"s
breakfast. Add mustard seeds into a pan with a little oil. Add urry leaves into it, with a pinh of
salt, hili powder and turmeri. Add halved idlis and stir fry a little to get the olor and the
smokiness of the spies. &urn it off and have it with your favorite hutney or just like that. $t"s
simple and not to mention, healthy.

other leftover veggies, sausage*salami slies and salt and pepper to taste. +il your pan and make
