8. 9oad your raw raster dataset using the Raster tool.

Re-projecting Datasets.

coordinates 06TM+<GS12 =one >-3 is necessary to get correct 'alues "or slope and other terrain
deri'ati'es.

1. In the 5oordinate Re"erence Syste( Selector dialog shown ;elow$ %ey in &PSG):8,>- in the
@ilter "ield. Select the <GS 12 A6TM =one >- B and clic% on 7C.
/. This will sa'e your raster "ile in the new coordinate
syste(.
-.. 7pen a new QGIS session. And load your newly created "ile in a new projection. Bote the
coordinates at the ;otto( o" the (ap window. These will ;e in (eters and should ;e large
nu(;ers.
The original "ile will appear as ;elow. Botice the 'alues to ;e s(all.
