Bay-yo Bontoc Mountain Province Medical Mission Proposal/Draft
Objective : Project JAM Heart and Hands is a private group aimed at visiting the
localities with limited access to public health care and promoting awareness of
prevention, self-examination, early detection and referral to treatment.
Target Date : December 2014
Target number of Recipients : 250 people (all ages)
Needs:
Manpower
4-5 Volunteer Doctors of any specialization
5-10 Medical Professionals (Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacist, Radiologist)
More than 10 volunteer workers
Financial Support
For rental fee of medical equipment like ultrasound machine, ECG Machines, Doppler
machine, Blood glucose test machines
For the transportation, accommodation, food and other expenses for the volunteers
Other kind of Donations
Medicines
Medical equipment or paraphernalia
Basic Necessities (clothes, goods, etc. )
Reading materials and school supplies for the children
Prayers and Moral Support
