Recruitment
Recruitment is done via ord mantell when one
of the Division staff sends out a promotional
message. only authorized officers can do so. for
recruitment to be finished and the new recruit to
receive rank or merit, they must finish the Basic
Combat training Course. the course is only run by
certified personnel and in order to be run properly
will take about 2 - 3 hours of time so plan ahead
for when you can attend. recruits are not expected
to be in uniform, but you must meet regulations
before attending events after B.C.T.
All recruits must sign up on the Battalion
website and apply for this handbook and must
fulfill and swear to the oath at the end of the

TRAINING PHASES
Phase 1: Consists of a Recon mission, casualties are
auto fail, looting is auto fail, grade counts twice in
final average. Phase 1 is based off of your ability to
assess and coordinate with your squad and ability
to follow commands.
Phase 2: Consists of a Search and Rescue mission,
casualties are a loss of points,Looting is auto fail,
grade counts once in Final Average. Phase 2 is based
off of your ability to face your fears and step up in
the face of danger. All of our troopers defeat FEAR
by becoming FEAR itself. The only thing left to Fear
is fear itself. ~ Franklin Roosevelt
Phase 3: is the most difficult phase of all. it consists
of a timed sweep and clear. Death is auto fail,
looting is auto fail, skipping targets is loss of points.
Traditional time limit is 25 minutes but is adjusted
for level and group size. Your grade in this phase
counts three times in final average with chance for
bonus points with time completion and other
bonuses. This phase tests leadership, awareness,
reason, logic, speed, efficiency, and teamwork.

Code of Conduct
All troopers must adhere to military standards
and conduct. when in character you must remain
professional at all times. If you have any problems
you shall report matters to the chain of command
and not take action unto your own hands. Treat
other players with the proper respect. Show highest
levels of respect to the DiVisioN officers. Remember
to speak only when permitted or in response. When
In formation you do not move unless told to do so.
you must be active, attend events, follow orders,
and follow uniform regulations to be part of the
13th.
We have strict rules to keep strict military
process. To discipline any breach of conduct we
employ militaristic methods, and when you accept
the joining of our Division you accept these
methods and therefore you will be Discharged if
you complain. When one trooper messes up and gets
punished, his/her whole unit will perform the action
with him/her. Regarding other guilds do not presume
to know how our diplomacy works and speak to a
member of Division staff before proceeding. Always
remember that this time period the Jedi are
CIVILIANS not MILITARY and therefore have no
control over you nor us..

Regulations
As a militaristic RP/PvP unit we do have uniform
regulations. The typical uniform is the stalwart
protector armor set with a TH-15A pATROL trooper
helmet. The Stalwart set or backpacked version are
the only options after B.C.T (Basic Combat training).
You must have proper armor set and either the
correct helmet or no helmet to participate in
further events. The regulation rifle for Vanguards is
the E-313 Heavy Repeating Disruptor. There is
currently no Regulation Assault Cannon for
Commandos. ((Preferably commandos should use
primordial assault cannon)). For smugglers (our
pilots) The orange republic flight suit is the
suggestion unless you apply for an infantry
position, in which case the stalwart gear is required.

Battalion Info
At this point you have all the necessary
knowledge to begin your time with our unit, any
further questions should be directed to one of the
Battalion staff. Your company/platoon etc. will be
assigned at some point after B.c.T.
The last piece of information needed is about
our ARC program. Refer to the next page for details.

ARC PROGRAM
The ARC program is our Special Forces team
assembled and bred for one pure purpose To kill
SITH. Only the toughest Bravest men are admitted to
ARC training and even fewer survive to make the
final test. Only a few pass this Final test to become
ARC. ARC is a heavily regulated unit. You must be
level 55, have the proper Unbreakable Veterans Set,
be a male with body build #2, have a militaristic
haircut, and be overly ready for anything to come.
The ARC team is the highest respected troopers in
our unit and stand as our backbone. We rely on
them for our hardest missions. They are an
experimental program started by the senate,
genetically enhanced and engineered after testing
they receive special training instruction with the
best trainers under real combat scenarios. ARC is NO
joke.
