I use a mixture of lecture, individual work, group work,
discussions, activities, and class projects to help students learn
about our nations form of government, and to help them become
thoughtful and active participants in our society.
At di"erent points throughout the semester, if interested, I like
to have students family members participate in class as guest
speakers so that we may all benet from the knowledge and
experience of our community members. If you are at all
interested in participating, feel free to contact me.
For specic information related to student assignments, feel free

Thank you for all you do to help your children learn, and heres to
a great semester!
My Goal:
My sincere desire this semester is that I can help students
develop their critical thinking skills and their language
