Healthy Diet For Children Age Group of 2 to 6 Years.

Like any growing child, your 2 years old baby also has some specific nutritional
requirement. Generally well balanced diet plan for a 2 year old child is roughly similar to a balanced
diet for adults. Try to strike a balanced between vegetables, grain, protein & dairy- products. If you
are wondering what your kid needs each days, keep these things in mind.

Best food for children of the age 2 to 6 yrs
1. Main food is for Babies :-
i) Spouted moong dal, channa etc.
ii) Leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, raddiesh etc
iii) Boiled Vegetable can boiled & smeshed can give healthy vitamins & minerals.
iv) Fats Ghee, Milk food, Milk, Curd, Chees, Butter, Butter Milk etc.

2. If child is having Snexing & caugh = Do This :-
i) At night give Haldi milk 1 cup
ii) In the morning give Honey milk 1 cup
iii) In the dinner time before an hrs give Ginger Soup = mixed ginger lemon Salt. 1
teaspoon daily till cough will not reduced.

3. Best Vitamins & Increase Immunity Do This
i) Increase Immunity :- Honey, Beetroot, Carrot, Leafy vegetables.
ii) For Healthy mind Badam, Dats, Walnut, casunuts.
iii) Better eye sight Carrot, leafy vegetables.
iv) Beautiful skin Amla, orange-juice, Apple, lemon etc.

4. You can give Below time-table as per written But you can change these according to your
childs convenient.
