Students will earn money for doing their work and following the rules
Money will determine leisure choices (Level 1, 2, or 3) at the end of the day
Money will be saved to purchase items in the school or classroom store
Students will have and follow a daily schedule, they will not be able to move on
to the next activity without completing the one prior
I will communicate with you if I am adapting the classroom system for your
child, or targeting any specific behaviors with your child

Social Emotional Development
We will be using The Zones of Regulation to practice emotion identification
and regulation
Students will begin to identify the zone they are in (blue, green, yellow,
red) and then find tools to help them get back to the green zone
Students will begin to learn expected and unexpected, to teach them how
their behavior affects others feeling and thoughts
Students will practice using manners, answering questions, asking questions,
and being good friends!
If you are interested in learning about these concepts or curriculums, let me
know I can give you more details, books, or resources!

Communication Development
Students will be pushed to use correct articulation (as appropriate for each
student), full sentences, and clear voices during daily activities
We will focus on the various types of questions, and the correct response to
these questions (also helps with reading comprehension)

Other Activities
Students are invited and welcome to attend Sock Hops, participate in Special
Olympics Track and Basketball, or other clubs if they are interested!
