All of Southwest Asia now, use to belong to the Ottoman Empire.
When the Ottoman Empire collapsed at the end of world war 1 and
was on the losing Axis side. The countries on the Allies side
wanted to control the land, so they created new boarders
conjoining, ethnic and religious groups (like Arabs, Persians, and
Kurds).
It was not good to have different cultures following the same
rules, because they have different beliefs and some beliefs think
that everyone should be their reliogion and they hate whoever
believes differently.
Ethnic and Religious
Ethnic:
Have the same living style,
religion, habits, customs, etc.
Religious:
Only have to believe in the
same creator.
