USERS GUIDE
INSTALLATION: Copy the Film Magic Pro folder into the
Presets Folder of you Adobe After Effects 6.5 directory.
Launch After Effects to load Cinema Styles.
ACCESSING FILM MAGIC PRO: Open the Effects & Presets
window from the Window Menu or press Ctrl+5. Expand the
Animation Presets and then expand the Film Magic Pro Folder.
USE: Drag the Desired Cinema Style Preset
onto your footage or onto an Adjustment
Layer placed over your footage. By using an
Adjustment layer you can alter the intensity of
a Cinema Style by lowering the opacity of the
layer.
FINE TUNING: Adjust the Input Exposure of
the Cinema Style from the Effects Control
Window (F3). For brighter footage, lower the
Output White level and increase or decrease
the Gamma to achieve desired exposure. For
dark footage increase the Gamma and
decrease the Input White level.
TRANSITIONS: Place the play cursor at the
point where you want the transition to begin or
end and then apply a transition to your footage
and the keyframes are automatically created.
