Drivers Insurance and Policies

1. Drivers must be 25 years old.

2. Drivers must have a valid drivers license.
a. A copy of the drivers valid license must be on file with the MCS office.
3. Drivers must have proof of insurance.
a. A copy of the drivers current proof of insurance must be on file with the MCS
office.
4. Each passenger in a car will have a seatbelt without double buckling.
5. Students may not sit in the front seat, even if they meet California state
requirements.
6. Drivers will not make any stops including stopping for treats, drinks, gas, or other
errands on the way to or from the field trip.
7. Drivers should arrive at MCS with their gas tank full prior to picking up students.
8. Drivers may not bring siblings, friends, or relatives, even if just along for the ride.
