EXEMPTING THE REGISTERED SOLO PARENTS OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL FROM PAYING
BARANGAY CERTIFICATIONS IN RELATION TO THEIR TRANSACTIONS WITH THE CITY SOCIAL
WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE.


WHEREAS, it has been an established policy of this barangay to assist the solo parents in
every endeavor they initiate in relation to the improvement of their status;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VAN OLIVER M. DICANG, Punong Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill,
Baguio City, by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare that this
Administrative Order shall read as follows:

Section 1. All registered members of Solo of Lower Quirino Hill Barangay shall be
exempt from paying fees and charges in securing their barangay
clearance and other certifications in relation to their transactions with the
City Social Welfare and Development Office.

Section 2. This administrative order shall take effect immediately upon approval.
