basic computer skills. Students who
currently own a computer, laptop or tablet

Needs Assessment
1. What is the learning problem or opportunity?
Spanish speaking adults struggling to use a computer, laptop or

2. What is currently available?
Classes are offered at community colleges but it intimidates some
adults to attend a large learning facility.

Small facility that offers computer classes in Spanish at an
affordable price and convenient schedule.
4. Explain the gap analysis between what is available
and what should be available.
Most classes are offered in a community college or very expensive

for them to attend after work or after children are home from school.
