challenge you've been waiting for! 4x4 is the best body workout designed to
maximize your time & effort with 60 second blocks of Cardio, Lower Body,

AB LAB
Improve your core strength, balance and posture. A focused workout with
cutting edge abdominal and lower back exercises.

ABSOLUTE FLOW YOGA
A challenging Vinyasa practice that seamlessly flows through physical yoga
postures into relaxing full body stretches. A focus on whole-body unity fluidly
incorporates the best of pilates, fitness based exercises & dance inspired
techniques to create a balance of strength, flexibility, & alignment.

BARRE BURN
A total body workout that slims your hips, tightens your thighs, lifts your seat, &

An intense non-contact cardiovascular workout derived from classic boxing and
kick-boxing training methods. The class integrates kicks, punches and blocks

COREPOWER YOGA

I.T.V. INTERVAL TRAINING

INNER ATHLETE

you twist, push, pull, slide and jump your way into a fitness frenzy using BOSU,

KETTLE BELL CIRCUIT

A dynamic mind body workout designed to acutely train, strengthen, and

ROCKIN' MODEL WORKOUT
Only in LA! Graze Lazenby's signature class combines a music play list of up-
to-the-minute tracks with a one-of-a kind combination of vinyasa-flow yoga,
pilates and and dance conditioning. All levels welcome...everyone can feel like
a model or a rock star in LA!

RX SERIES
Heres the rub: Dont expect to achieve results without proper R&R. Designed
by Jill Miller to explore the 3 Ms massage, mobilization and maximizing
performance and revitalize your body. Self-myofascial massage, range-of-
motion stretches and breath strategy combine for high performance.

SHOCKWAVE
Extreme cross training at its best! This total body circuit challenge combines
the Indo-Row machines for high-intensity calorie burn with dynamic, functional
exercises using ViPR, Body Bars, BOSUs and Kettlebells to sculpt and

STACKED!
Consider yourself stacked. Hit the body with a healthy dose of high density
training. With Sandbells as your medium, transform your body with 6 targeted
movement complexes executed for 30 seconds each. Combine 2 Stacks with

STRIP HOP

TABATA
A courageous, daring, & dynamic conditioning experience: 20 second bouts of
high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest x 8 = 4 minute intervals to

Tabata Protocol is proven to physiologically transform your body.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA FLOW
Merging classical yoga, asanas (poses), and meditation with modern principles
