Seniors Helping Seniors came to Lawton, OK one year ago. Coming to this
location, the company thought would be helpful because there two locations in
Oklahoma City and Norman, they get an extreme amount of business. Coming to a
location that is considered to be in the lower class of cities according to Lance Wade,
a communication representative that is a resident in Lawton, OK, having the help for
seniors would help because they do not live in an area that has those options for the
seniors.
Once Seniors Helping Seniors started in September of last year there was
more business because the seniors were excited about this new project coming to
them. With time the circulation of seniors slowed down tremendously. To make the
citizens more aware of what this company is, there is going to be a meeting held at
the township hall to express what the goal is of Seniors Helping Seniors is about.
Seniors can determine whether or not they are eligible for the service of Seniors
Helping Seniors. This meeting will be taken place on Thursday October 30m 2014

and will be ran by Morgan Donnelly, the activities associate of Seniors Helping
Seniors in Lawton, Ok. This meeting is great way to inform the citizens the benefits
of what can be provided and the services that are available.
