My First Communion

On Sunday the 26
th
of October I took part in my First Eucharist.
In the morning I felt exited because I was going to do my first Eucharist but then I got ready and left
to go to school.
When I got to school I received my sash and medallion from my teacher, then I had my photo taken.
I felt nervous.
Fifteen minutes before the Mass we got into our two lines and got ready to go into the hall. As I was
walking in I could see everyone and I felt happy and nervous.
When it came to receiving the Eucharist for the first time I was a little nervous, but when I got up
and received the bread from Father Tomas it was a great feeling because I was receiving my first
Eucharist.
To finish the Mass we sang our Pass it On reflection song and finished with Let Your Light Shine.
Our parents and family came up and took so many photos I didnt know where to look. I then had
photos taken in the church with my family and father Ian and father Tomas, after my family and
friends went to crown to celebrate this special day.
We celebrated by going to crown. In the crown we went to the buffet, I was hungry I had everything
and went for seconds it so yummy. I had a great time with my family and friends.
