Choose one of the stories we read this week. Write a paraphrased summary of the story. Think about the events. Did the characters change from the beginning of the story to the end of the story. Set your paper up like this: -Story Summary -Story Theme Social Studies/ Science Center (Classwork Grade) Word Study Center (Classwork Grade) Using your SS book. Turn to Chapter 4 Lesson 4. The Labor Movement pushed for better working conditions. Create a t-chart to take notes on the lesson. Write 2-3 paragraphs describing how people worked toward their common goal. Include direct quotes and textual evidence from your SS book.
