Responsibilities:
1. Trainer for new employment about PVC Resin Plant
2. Commissioning Utility Section (Cooling Tower system, Air Plant, Water
Treatment, Tank Farm, Demineralization Water, Boiler, Brine Chiller and
Waste water treatment)
3. Commissioning Process section (Reactor, Degassing Drum, Receiving
Tank, Slurry Stripper Column, Buffer Tank, Decanter, Dryer, pumps,
Compressors, Agitators) with Thailand and Japan team
4. Start up and shut down process activity
5. Optimum capacities and efficient to produce on spec.
6. Operating the process from Central Control Room (CCR) by DCS (process
sequence, interlock, manual operation and work schedule)
7. Make trouble shooting if process have trouble or trip
8. Coordinate with Electric, Instrument and mechanic team for PM
9. Check and make report of DCS log sheet, field log sheet and hand over
shift book
10. Analysis report quality product & data-data process
11. Shift working with DCS Operator, process operator, utility operator,
Electric, Instrument and QC technician.
