Priority to develop product from exiting RMs.
Restrict no of Pigments & Additives to minimum.
Keep optimum P/B Ratio. Check AC/MF ratio, OH: NCO, Epoxy :
Amine ratio,
% Pigmentation & PHR ratios of critical additives.
Ensure hiding on B/W chart is below process layer.
Check % Solids by wt & Volume are at par with customer
requirement.
Before freezing recipe ensure workability testing of product is good.
Dont freeze recipe without testing basis minimum physical testing.
Do not over engineer the product.
