What is urban city? The city is the core of a region. It is where the density of the population reside. It is
where the indigenous people live. Urban refers to the inner city. Living in a city is the definition of urban.
This is where the corporate headquarters are and it is where the homeless population reside. It is a
place where social problems are noticeable and where bureaucrats from traditional organizations try to
address these issues. It is a place where voluntary organizations focus on the disenfranchised. It is a
place where faith based organization offer assistance to the needy. Cities have a diverse population
from young to old. From poor to rich and from educated to unskilled workers.
What is Blight? Blight is the abandon buildings and houses in a community. It is the un-kept store-fronts
in neighborhoods. It is the businesses that are not in existence anymore in the cities. Blight is the
homeless population that is in view during daylight hours. It is the look of a city or rural community that
has been abandon and forgotten. It is the poor citizens of a place that need resources and help.
