Horizontal analysis :-

Growth in net sales :- in 2012 El Sewedi Co has negative trend in sales as its net sales decrease 4%
although the Electro co increase its sales 0.17% for thats El Sewedi Co should update its sales
strategy& find new way to increase it .
Growth in Gross Profits :- in this analysis El Sewedi has positive trend as gross profit increase 0.62% &
Electro Co decrease 76% & the profit increase due to impact of the decrease in cost of good is higher
than decrease in sales
Growth in Net income :-although the gross profit increase for El Sewedi Co but Net income decrease
77% and this indicate to huge problem in other income
Other Current Liabilities :- increase in liabilities in 2011 (103%) & in 2012 (30%)should make El Sewedi
concrete to reduce it and find the reason
